We offer several different shipping methods to meet our customers' needs. Shipping rates are based on the total value of the products in your shopping cart and the shipping method you have chosen. Your shipping and handling charges can be estimated in your cart, but are based on ground shipping and may appear higher during checkout if you've chosen expedited shipping. Packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites. Please note that we work quickly to fulfill your orders and try our best to get them shipped within a business day. However, during certain times of year when order volume increases, it may take up to three business days to process your order. It is also important to note that choosing expedited shipping options minimizes delivery days, not processing days. So choosing the 2nd Day option means that you will receive your order within those time frames from the time your order is processed. All items purchased in the same order will ship together unless otherwise noted. Therefore, orders that include a pre-order or backordered item will not ship until all programs are available for shipment. We do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons (such as weather) why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.
